At ZebraNutrition, we aim to deliver your fitness and nutrition products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on order weight & location)
  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
  • You can track your package anytime using the tracking link provided.

5. Packaging

We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your supplements and nutrition products reach you in perfect condition.


6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Unreachable or unresponsive customers
  • Courier partner issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or opened:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.
  2. Take clear photos/videos.
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
